How do I claim an Artist, Group, or Performance page?
Artist, Group, and Performance pages are controlled by the individuals listed under "Managed by".

If you find a page representing you or something you manage, and you would like to manage that page, contact the individuals listed under "Managed by". They can add you to the "Managed by" list by making you an admin of the page.

If a page is managed by OpusAtlas Administrators, just email us at admin@opusatlas.com and in the body of the email tell us the url of the page you would like to claim.
Can more than one person manage an Artist, Group, or Performance page?
Yes, if you manage an Artist, Group, or Performance page, you can invite other people to help out by clicking "invite another user to manage this [performance, group, artist]".

Performances can also be managed directly by Artist and Groups involved in the performance. When adding an Artist or Group to your Performance, make sure that the Admin checkbox is selected. This will allow the Artists or Groups to manage the Performance page once they have verified their participation in it.
What do I do if I was in a performance, but do not want it to show up on my Artist or Group page?
If you have not yet approved your participation in the performance, first you must do that. Then on your Artist or Group page, select "hide" next to the Performance you do not want displayed. This will remove the Performance from your Artist or Group page, but leave the connection in the Performance to your Artist or Group page.

Once you hide a Performance, you can unhide it by going to the "View Hidden Performances and Works" section.

If you are a composer or librettist, you can also hide works from your Artist page.
